Chef Chris Montero's Housemade pastas and fresh regional seafood dominate a menu lush with homegrown ingredients, artfully prepared and presented with a touch of the robust flavors of Italy.  Signature dishes include Bacco’s Lobster & Shrimp Ravioli, Grilled Tuna topped with seasonal seafood salsa and the decadent “Mr. Ralph’s” Ice Cream Sandwich.
