Foie Gras Pizza

Serves 1

6 oz. Pizza Dough
3 oz. Chianti Onions
4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 each Portobello Mushroom Cap, roasted
2 oz. Foie Gras, seared
1/2 oz. Truffle Oil
1/2 tsp. Fresh Herbs
1 oz. Olive Oil

Method:
Roll out the pizza dough and spread the olive oil to the edges. Place the shredded mozzarella cheese on the bottom layer. Then place the onions followed by the fresh mozzarella, then the thinly sliced portobello mushroom. Sprinkle with the mixed herbs and place into the pizza oven. Cook, turning frequently, until the pizza is golden brown on all edges. Slice into four pieces. Sliced the seared foie gras on a bias into four pieces and place on each slice of the pizza. Drizzle with the truffle oil and place on a hot plate.

Dinner: Sunday - Thursday: 6:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m. / Friday & Saturday: 6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
